Access Point: Becoming the Best Version of YOU

As 2019 is about to be behind us and the dawn of a new decade is merely hours away, I encourage us all to ask ourselves:
“What would I have to believe to develop a specific behavior that will lead me to become the best version of myself?"
I can share this from experience: A focus on results will not lead to results, as it is the process and pursuit that leads us to the intended outcome. Two keys lay at the heart of our own transformation: belief and behavior. Becoming the best version of ourselves is all about adopting a new set of vital behaviors, and what lies at the root of all behavior-- is belief.
Uncovering and discovering the beliefs that drive our behaviors is a lifelong quest and an expression of mastery-- one at which we never fully arrive. It is a process that can be likened to a proverbial mountain with no top. While you may never “get there”, you can experience a never-ending realization of growth, goal attainment, joy, and fulfillment.
I am not suggesting the process is easy-- if it were, word would have gotten around. No, there will be growing pains along the way. But I am suggesting this: If you’ll persist in the journey of becoming the best YOU, and take it to a whole new level in 2020, the view only gets better as you climb.
