Access Point: What Do You Think?
“Just because we have a thought, it doesn’t make it true, and it definitely doesn’t mean we need to act on it."
- James McPartland
Everything we demonstrate through the lives we live, begins with a thought.
We are what we are, where we are, and who we are because of what we believe about ourselves and those around us. Our beliefs are the thoughts that we perpetuate whether consciously or unconsciously, accepting as law in our lives. And thoughts have consequences so great, they hold the power to create our reality.
The discovery process for how to take full responsibility for the quality of our life experiences resides in our awareness. When we take the time to think about what we have been thinking about, we come to see the correlation to the results that are showing up in our life.
Standing guard at the gate of our mind is one of the most powerful forms of protection we can ever invest in.
So friends, take a moment every morning to look in the mirror and ask the person staring back at you, “What do you think?” Let your response guide you deeper down the path of awareness, greater personal responsibility, and a life more authentically lived.
